Order and customer timeline for the Sylius admin: placed, paid, shipped, e-mails sent, with internal staff notes that can be pinned.
The Sylius 2 order page has no history: the History page only lists address changes, the customer’s checkout note is read only, and staff cannot leave a note on an order or a customer.
Timeline card on the admin order page, newest first: order placed, order, payment and shipping state changes, payments (method and amount), shipments (method and tracking code), e-mails sent (with recipients), each with its author and date.
The customer’s checkout note becomes a Customer note entry.
Internal notes on orders and customers: plain text up to 5,000 characters, never shown in the shop.
Pinned notes shown at the top of the order or customer page.
Customer timeline: notes and key events of the customer’s orders, last 50 entries with a link to the full page.
Notes badge in the admin orders grid.
tmonier:timeline:backfill rebuilds a timeline for orders placed before the installation.
