Sylius Loyalty Plugin

The Sylius Loyalty Plugin adds a complete points-based rewards system to your store. Customers earn points on every purchase, unlock tiers with multiplier bonuses, and redeem points for discounts directly in the cart.

Configure earning rates, redemption values, and point expiry per channel. Create per-product loyalty rules to boost or exclude specific items. Award bonus points automatically on registration, birthdays, and first orders.

Points are fully managed across the order lifecycle — earned on completion, revoked on cancellation, and restored on refund. Everything is administered from the Sylius admin panel with full transaction history and manual adjustment capabilities.
