• Shipment manager - create shipments without leaving the Sylius panel. The shipment manager automatically matches labels and documents to the chosen courier, so the order is ready to ship in a few clicks.

• Flexible shipping options - create shipments using Furgonetka's brokerage offer or, if you already have your own contracts with supported courier companies, use your negotiated carrier rates without leaving the Sylius panel.

• Returns for online stores - a customer returns an item, and you stay in control. The return process is visible in the panel, so you always know what stage each return shipment is at. Provide customers with a smooth return experience in line with EU regulations, including the requirements introduced by the EU Directive 2023/2673.

• Invoices - add an invoice to every shipment without switching between systems. Less clicking, fewer mistakes, more time for the business itself. Manage your invoicing process in line with new requirements, including preparation for integration with KSeF (the National e-Invoicing System).
