A shopper types "organic face cream for sensitive skin, under 30" into your store. Your search returns every cream you sell, sorted by name. The shopper wanted three specific things and got none of them filtered.

Emporiqa is an AI chatbot for Sylius stores that behaves like a salesperson. It reads your product catalog and does what a floor rep does: recommends the right product, handles the shopper's objection on price or fit, suggests a variation if they hesitate, and walks them to checkout from the chat. It also answers shipping, return, and payment questions pulled from your store pages.

Shoppers can also upload a photo and the salesperson finds the closest match in your catalog. Every reply comes from your synced products and pages, never from training data. Low-confidence questions hand off to your team with the full conversation. You get a dashboard showing which chats led to purchases, top products by cart activity, satisfaction ratings, and chat-attributed revenue.

The plugin syncs your Sylius products, variants, and translatable pages via webhooks, with per-channel pricing, availability, and content across every configured locale and currency. When a product or page changes, the update reaches the chat in the background. The widget appears on your storefront in the correct channel, language, and currency.
