Poczta Polska Shipping Export Plugin

Poczta Polska, the national postal operator, provides domestic and international delivery services for letters, parcels, and special shipments.

This plugin integrates Poczta Polska with Sylius, allowing you to order shipments in one click without repeatedly entering data. It supports communication with the Elektroniczny Nadawca API, enabling shipping data export and generating ready-to-print labels directly from the order.

Usage

The plugin enables integration with a selected shipping provider by creating a dedicated shipping method and a linked “shipping gateway” that automatically captures orders during checkout.

It allows detailed configuration of shipping parameters, such as payer type (sender, recipient, third party), payment method (bank transfer, cash), request type (e.g. create shipment and order courier), and transport service type (domestic, international, time-specific deliveries). It also lets you define courier pickup time windows.

Once an order is placed, shipment data can be exported from the Sylius admin panel, and shipping labels can be generated and downloaded for printing, significantly streamlining the fulfillment process.
